CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USB EXCEPTION -
BEER AND 'WINE CONSUMPTION TO TOWER OF PISA PIZZERIA.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 73-60 of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a public
hearing held by the Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, Joseph Donato has applied for a special exception to
permit beer and wine consumption on the premises, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission, pursuant to Ordinance No. 73-60
has held a public hearing on said speccal exception petition and
recommended approval thereof, and
WHEREAS, the petition meets all requirements of Ordinance No. 73-60,
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
beer and wine consumption on the premises of Tower of Pisa Pizzeria,
6672 N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1. Permit is limited to present owner and not assignable.
2. There shall be no take out of beer or wine.
3. There shall be no service lor beer or wine aTter 9 pm Montay thru Thursday,
nor after 11 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
