CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 74-88
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AND ESTABLISHING THE TERMS OF SUCH
APPOINTMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by Ordinance No. 71-33, created
a Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, members of said Planning Commission have been appointed
by Resolution of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the terms of Paul Linz , Richard C. Wallace and Charles
Diamond as members of the Planning Commission have expired, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to make appointment
to the Planning Commission and to establish the term of such appoint-
ments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1- That Emil e the
Charles Diamond and Paul Linz
are hereby appointed as members of the Planning Commission to serve for
a term of two
(2)
years from date
hereof.
SECTION
2:
That all members
of the Planning Commission hereby
named shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 3: That appointments created hereby shall be effective
immediately. A
