CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A SUB -DIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND OF E. MIRON CORPORATION
FOR PLAZA DE LAS TORRES.
WHEREAS, E. Miron Corporation has previously posted with the
City of Tamarac a sub -division improvement bond covering a project
within the corporate limits known as Plaza de las Torres, and
WHEREAS, E. Miron Corporation indicated it is not economically
feasible to go forward with this project at this time, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has agreed to release the said sub --
division improvement bond upon certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION 1: The sub -division improvement bond for that project known
as Plaza de las Torres is hereby released; provided, however, said
release is conditioned upon the express understanding that all site
plans on said project submitted and approved by the City of Tamarac
are hereby declared null and void; and, furthermore, that all bonds
previously defectively executed by the said corporation shall be
corrected no later than 12:00 noon, November 15, 1974, to the
satisfaction of the City Attorney. All fees paid pursuant to this
project are hereby forfeited.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 14th day of November, 1974.
