CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. r
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MAINTENANCE OF THE
FOUNTAIN IN WOODLANDS BOULEVARD WITHIN THE
CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 73-1.42 the City accepted
maintenance of landscaped portions of Woodlands Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, the fountain in Woodlands Boulevard has been
put into good operable condition by the Woodlands Homeowners'
Association, and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of accepting the maintenance
of this fountain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That, upon satisfactory final inspection
of the fountain by the City Engineer and the Chief Building
Official, the City accepts the fountain for maintenance.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS (Q day of 974.
