RESOLUTION NO. 74-95
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-60; PROVIDING
FOR THE INCREASE OF CERTAIN PERMIT FEES; PROVIDING FOR
THE ADDITION OF CERTAIN NEW PERMIT FEES; PROVIDING FOR
DECREASE OF CERTAIN PERMIT FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
deems it in the best interest of the City to increase certain permit
fees; and to decrease certain permit fees; and to add certain new per-
mit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC,FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That Section A shall be amended to read as follows:
Structural Fees
1. Minimum Fee for structural permits (except as shown) --------------- $15.00
a. Carport Enclosures ---------------------------------------------- 20.00
b. Screened doors and entranceways ---------------------------------- 10.00
2. Pre -inspection when required prior to issuing a permit -------------- 9.00
3. Renewal -expired Permit (within 90 days of last i.nsepction pursuant to
South Florida Bldg. Code-304.3)-------------------------------------- 503/.
Over 90 days - pre -permit inspection required (see item 2)
7. Change in design - affecting plans with work underway, regular fee at ----- 507.
