CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BlD' FOR FOUR POLICE CARS_
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids
for Four (4) police cars and has received bids; and,
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the bid
for such police cars to the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

for Four (4) police cars, a copy of which is attached hereto

Bidder hereby agrees that Base Bid Price shall. remain in full force
and effect for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the time
of opening of this bid and that the Bidder will not revoke or cancel
this bid within the sixty (60) days.
If, within any guarantee period, repairs or changes are required in
connection with the guarantee work, which in the opinion of the City
is rendered necessary as the result of the use of materials,
equipment or workmanship, which are defective, or inferior, or not
in accordance with the terms of the Contract, the Bidder shall,
promptly upon receipt of notice from the City and without expense
to the City , proceed to :
Place in satisfactory condition in every particular all of such
guaranteed work, correct all defects therein.
