RESOLUTION NO. 2,y /0
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING NANCY CIUMMO, ASSISTANT TO
THE CITY MANAGER, AS ACTING CITY MANAGER FOR THE
PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER 27 THROUGH OCTOBER 7, 1.975.
WHEREAS, the City Council. has authorized City Manager,
Edward A. Gross, to attend a City Manager's Conference during the
period September 27 through October 7; and
WHEREAS, the attendance at said conference will require
the City Manager to be out of town continuously during said period, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that Nancy
Ciummo, Assistant to the City Manager, be appointed as Acting City
Manager during his absence, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing Nancy
Ciummo Acting City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Nancy Ciummo is hereby appointed Acting City
Manager during the absence of City Manager, Edward A Gross from
September 27 through October 7, 1975.
SECTION 2: That Nancy Ciummo is hereby authorized to sign checks
on the General fund, Utility Fund and Payroll Account during that
period.
SECTION 3: That the appointment of Nancy Ciummo as Acting City
Manager terminates at midnight October 7, 1975.
