CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. t /D
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCILMAN MORRIS GLICKSMAN AS
VICE -MAYOR: SAID APPOINTMENT HAVING BEEN OCCASIONED BY
THE RESIGNATION OF EVELYN M. LANGE.
WHEREAS, Evelyn M. Lange, Vice Mayor and Councilwoman of
District 1, has resigned her position on the City Council., and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of making an
appointment to fill the seat as Vice Mayor, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 24 of the City of Tamarac
Charter, the Councilman receiving the highest number of votes in
his or her election becomes the Vice Mayor, and
WHEREAS, Morris Glicksman, having received the highest
number of votes, that being 3,184, in the Election of March 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Morris Glicksman, Councilman representing
District 4, is hereby appointed as Vice Mayor of the City Council
of the City of Tamarac, Florida until
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
