CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. S a
A RESOLUTION PR)CLAIMING OCTOBER AS
P.T.A. MEMBERSHIP MONTH IN THE CITY
OF TAMARAC; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
is aware of the contributions made to the schools of Broward County,
Florida, by the Parent Teacher Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
is desirous of proclaiming October as "P.T.A. MEMBERSHIP MDNTH",
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, hereby proclaims October as "P.T.A. MEMBERSHIP MONTH" in the
City of Tamarac, Florida, and further recognizes the active and construc-
tive force the Parent Teacher Association plays in the Braward County
School System.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
