CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO . .5_ / 0 S~
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A SUBDI-
VISION IMPROVEMENT BOND GIVEN BY W. JACKSON & SONS
CONSTRUCTION CO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Ordinance No. 74-45 a Subdi-
vision Improvement Bond was posted by W. Jackson & Sons Construe-
tion Co. covering the installation of an irrigation system in
Vanguard Village #15; and
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond, in the original
principal amount of $38,125.00 was executed by W. Jackson & Sons
Construction Co. and Insurance Company of North America of
Pennsylvania, as surety; and
WHEREAS, Jack Stelzer, corporate officer, of Vanguard
Village #15 has executed an Affidavit and Certifiyation as to tk 0, , q Ckd 4LJ q S) v+d t""i �0,
actual construction costs of said project andNhas undertaken to
submit a substitute Warranty Bond in the amount of $ �v2►� ��
representing 25% of the actual cost of road right-of-way improvements;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the project and
recommended release of the Bond and formal acceptance of the im-
provements by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Upon receipt of the substitute bond in the amount
of $ 17 1, G2 J_. CZ the bond herein before referred to of
$38,125.00 will be released. f
