CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 73-74 WHICH
PROVIDED THAT CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE
HELD IN ABEYANCE BY VIRTUE OF COUNCIL MEMBERS VACA-
TIONS AND WHICH FURTHER PROVIDED FOR ANNOUNCEMENT
AND APPROVAL OF VACATIONS BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
has upon investigations and inquiry determined that Resolution NO.
73-74 created a hardship for members of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
determined that it is in the best interest of good City government
to rescind said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 73--74 is hereby rescinded and
repealed.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this- 'Z day of 1975.
