CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. r (c>
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A PERFORMANCE
BOND GIVEN BY LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC.
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Ordinance No. 72-31 a Performance
Bond was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc. covering The Village
Recreation Center, and
WHEREAS, a Performance Bond in the original principal
amount of $86,760.00 was executed by Leadership Housing, Inc. as
principal and Argonaut Insurance Company, of California, as surety,
and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has inspected the
project and recommended release of the Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the Perfo4mance Bond posted by Leadership
Housing covering The Village Recreation Center in the amount of
$86,760.00 is hereby released.
