CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT A SELF-SERVICE GASOLINE STATION IN AN EXISTING
B-2 ZONING DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 74-41;
THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 28 OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council
of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in
accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public
hearing regarding the Special Exception to permit a self-service
gasoline station in an existing B-2 zoning district on the property
described herein, and the said public hearing has been held in accor-
dance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to
be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and investi-
gated the request for the Special Exception herein and has received
the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac,
and
WHEREAS, the public hearing has been held on Petition No.
ll-Z-75 by the City Council pursuant to the Charter.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof are hereby granted a Special Exception
for use as a gasoline service station to include self-service.
SECTION 2: That the conditions of approval mandated by the
Planning Commission and required by the City Council shall be adopted
and incorporated herein.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall beco e effective immediately,
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day bf 1975.
