CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CHECK POSTED BY UNITED FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION IN LIEU OF BOND.
WHEREAS, a check was posted by United Federal Savings
and Loan Association covering certain sub -division improvements
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of
the check since the sub -division improvements are covered by
a substitute bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the check
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY -THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: The check posted by United Federal Savings
and Loan Association in the amount of $5,000.00 is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Qa_day of �_ C; _ *y- .1975.
