RESOLUTION NO . 5—
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL
ELECTION FOR MEMBERS OF THE CHARTER BOARD.
WHEREAS, a general election was held on March 4, 1975
for the purpose of electing three (3) members of the Charter
Board, and

WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the results of

the Votomatic voting and the absentee ballots as certified

by the Election Board, with the exception as hereafter set
forth.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY crt
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following t4a--� (-3-)-persons have
received the highest number of votes and are declared to be
elected as members of the Charter Board for a term of two
(2) years.
SECTION 2: Terms of the Charter Board members shall
begin on 11 March, 1975.
SECTION 3: The results of the third race are not
ascertainable at this time due to certain discrepancies
in the voting procedure.
