CITY OF T.AMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 75
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF
A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BONn GIVEN BY
INLAND SEALCOATTNG,INC.
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Ordinance No. 71-23 a Sub -
Division Improvement Bond was required incident to certain
Subdivision improvements on the Plainlands Section 16 situate
lying and being within the corporate limits of Tamarac,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond, No. 113-820 in
the amount of $6,700.00 was executed by Inland Sealcoating,
Inc. of Oakland Park, Florida and The American Fire and
Casualty Company, as surety, and
WHEREAS, the conditions precedent to the release of said
Bond have been met by the principal thereto, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the project and
recommended release of the Bond and formal acceptance of the
improvements by the City.
NOC`', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE C.,ITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTTON.1- The City Council of the City of Tamarac finds
that Inland Sealcoating, Inc., being the principal in that
certain Bond No. 113-820 has met the conditions precedent to
said Bond.
SECTION 2: The Bond is hereby released and the City
accepts the improvements. t..
