CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOI.,UI'ION NO. `7j—
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED BY
DON CARTER TAMARAC LANES, LIMITED, AND ACCEPTING
IN LIEW THEREOF A SURETY MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Don Carter Tamarac Lanes, Limited, posted a cash bond in
the amount of $20,775.00 with the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, Don Carter Tamarac Lanes,Limited, now desires to substitute
a surety maintenance bond in the amount of $20,775.00 for said cash bond,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the cash bond and accept
in lieu thereof the surety maintenance bond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council does hereby authorize the release of
the Don Carter Tamarac Lanes, Limited, cash bond in the amount of $20,775.00.
SECTION 2: That the City Council does hereby accept in lieu of said cash
bond a surety maintenance bond in the amount of $20,775.00.n
