CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. --
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A 10
FOOT PLANTING EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS
LOT 7 AND THE SOUTH ONE HALF (') OF LOT 6,
BLOCK 11, LYONS COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION #3,
TAMARAC, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR FORWARDING
OF A CERTIFIED COPY THEREOF TO THE GOVERNING
BODY OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Chapter 177, Florida Statutes,
vacation and annulment of plats subdividing land (177.101) the Planning
Commission of Tamarac recommends the vacation of a ten (10) foot planting
easement over and across the West ten (10) feet of Lot 7 and the South one
half (�) of Lot 6, Block 11, Lyons Commercial Subdivision #3, Tamarac,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Planner and City Engineer have made an investigation
and have recommended the vacation of the dedicated planting easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA
SECTION 1: That the City Council does hereby declare the ten (10)
foot planting easement to be vacated over and across the following described
parcel:
The West ten (10) feet of Lot 7 and the South one half (�) of Lot 6,
Block 11, Lyons Commercial Subdivision #3, as recorded in plat book 76, page
31, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be, and is hereby directed to forward
a copy of this Resolution, pursuant to Chapter 177.101 of the Florida Statutes,
to the governing body of Broward County, Florida for further proceedings in
accordance with Florida Statutes.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
final passage.
