CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO . .,

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
BOND ELECTION TO AUTHORIZE $650,000.00 IN
GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE
OF ACQUIRING AN EXISTING BUILDING AND THE
LAND ON WHICH IT IS SITUATED FOR USE AS A
CITY HALL.
WHEREAS, a Bond election was held on March 4, 1975,
on the following question:
and,
"Shall the City of Tamarac, Florida, issue general
obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding
$650,000 bearing interest at such rate or rates,
not exceeding 7*7o, such bonds maturing serially
not less than 5 nor more than 15 years from the
date of the bonds, for the purpose of acquiring
an existing buildixg and the land on which it is
situated, for use as a City Hall, as provided in
the resolution of the City Council adopted January
17, 1975, the principal of and interest on such
bonds to be payable from ad valorem taxes levied
on all taxable property in the City."
WHEREAS the City Council has announced the results of the
Votomatic voting as certified by the Election Board and the
absentee ballots, and
WHEREAS, the result of the election was:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
