RESOLUTION NO. �
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND GIVEN BY TAMARAC UTILITIES, INC. FOR
WATER AND SEWER LINES FOR GOLFETTES, MCNAB ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant. to City Ordinance No. 71-23 a Sub-
division Improvement Bond was posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
covering water and sewer lines for Golfettes, McNab Road, and
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond, in the original_
principal amount $18,125.00 was executed by Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
as principal, and Argonaut Insurance Company, as surety, and
WHEREAS, Tamarac Utilities, Inc. has executed an affidavit
and Certification as to the actual construction costs of said project
and has undertaken
to submit a
substitute Subdivision Improvement
and Warranty Bond
in the amount
of $2,286.25 representing 25() of
the actual cost as
set forth in
said Affidavit and Certificate, and
WHEREAS,
the City Engineer
has inspected the project and
recommended release of the Bond
and formal acceptance of the im-
provements by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAAARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Upon receipt of the substitute bond in the amount
$2,286.25, the bond herein before referred to of $18,125.00 will
be released. /
