CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
AT TRI-G, INC., RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a public hearing;
and
WHEREAS, Robert Gays has applied for a special exception to
permit alcoholic beverage consumption on the premises; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to the Ordinances
of the City of Tamarac, has held a public hearing on said special exception
petition; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
Petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public health,
safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
alcoholic beverage consumption on the premises of TRI-G, INC., RESTAURANT,
IINTTIl 2 : QQ A.M. LLOcal Time
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1. Soundproofing of remises to meet the Buildi.n Depts approval
