RESOLUTION NO,
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE PRO-
CEDURE FOR AUTHORIZATION OF THE TRANS-
CRIPTION OF VERBATIM MINUTES; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is concerned with the many problems,
arising as a result of increasing requests for verbatim transcription of
Minutes of Coun cif and Board and Committee Meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
SECTION l: A request for verbatim transription of minutes of an
agenda item shall be determined by a majority vote of members of City Council
and/or Boards and Committees present at such meeting.
SECTION 2: Such vote shall be taken at the conclusion of the hearing
of such item.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
