RESOLUTION NO. (y
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 74-77 AND
ESTABLISHING NEW FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR FURNISHING
COPIES OF DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to revise the charges
for furnishing copies of documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1:
That Resolution No. 74-77 is hereby repealed
and that the following charges shall apply for copying by the
City:
$ .50 for legal sized sheet.
$ for letter sized sheet.
$ .25 for each additonal sheet.
$ 1.00 additional for certified true copy.
