RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION -
BEER AND WINE CONSUMPTION TO SEA 'N' FARM, INC.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 73-60 of the City of Tamarac provides
for the granting of special exceptions by the City Council
after a public hearing held by the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, John Preston has applied for a special exception
to permit beer and wine consumption on the premises, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to Ordinance
No. 73-60 has held a public hearing on said special exception
petition and recommend approval thereof, and
WHERERAS, the petition meets all requirements of Ordinance
No. 73-60, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit beer and wine consumption on the premises of Sea 'N'
Farm, Inc., Tamarac is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1. Permit is limited to present owner and not assignable.
2. There shall be no take out of beer or wine.
3. There shall be no service for beer or wine after
