CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. �•.» .
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR SIGN MATERIAL
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids for
aluminum sign material and has received bids; and,
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the bid for
such aluminum sign material to the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the bid of i /GO p12do4•C7r

for aluminum sign material, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference, is hereby adopted.

connection with any or all., of any of the materials, or supplies,
or parts thereof, which are defective, or inferiod, or not in
accordance with the terms of the Contract, the Bidder shall,
promptly upon receipt of notice from the City and without expense'
to the City, replace any and all such defective materials.
