CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. ,,.
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL
ELECTION FOR ONE MEMBER OF THE CHARTER BOARD.
WHEREAS, a general election was held March 4, 1975 for the
purpose of electing three (3) members of the Charter Board, and
WHEREAS, certain irregularities noted involving the election
mandated the necessity of holding a Special Election to be
held March 25, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the results of the
Votomatic Voting and the absentee ballots as certified by
the Election Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1': That the following person has received the
highest number of votes and is declared to be elected as a
member of the Charter Board for a term of two (2) years.

SECTION 2: The term of the Charter Board member shall
begin on April 1, 1975.
