CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CHECK POSTED BY CLARWOOD
BUILDERS, INC. IN LIEU OF BOND
WHEREAS, a check was posted by Clarwood Builders, Inc.
covering the Wedges, and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has recommended
release of the check for the reason that the project called
The Wedges in not being built, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the check.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
The check posted by Clarwood Builders
Inc., in the amount of $48,875.00 is hereby released; provided,
however, said Release is conditioned upon the express understanding
that all site plans of said project submitted and approved by the
City of Tamarac are hereby declared null and void, and further
that all fees paid pursuant to the project are expressly forfeited.
