CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.�
A RESOLUTION RE -ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL CITY MAP.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted in Resolution No. 71-75
an Official City Map, and
WHEREAS, there have been certain changes made to the
boundaries of said map, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of re -adopting
the Official City Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Official City Map, together with
all the amendments thereto, is hereby re -adopted all in accordance
with the provisions of Section 126 of the City Charter.
SECTION 2: That the original Map be kept among the records
of the City by the City Clerk and a copy thereof be prominently
displayed in
the
City
Hall
for
the use
of the
public.
SECTION
3:
That
the
City
Clerk is
hereby
directed to
file a copy with the Tax Assessor, County Engineers' Office,
Clerk of the Circuit Court, Broward County, Florida, and with
any other office as may be required by law for public use.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk is authorized to make
arrangements to furnish copies thereof at cost to interested
persons.
