CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RE --ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted in Resolution No. 71-78
an Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, there have been certain changes made to the boundaries
of said Map, and the zoning has been up -dated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of re -adapting the
Official Zoning Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map, together with all
the amendments thereto, is hereby re -adopted in accordance with
the provisions of Section. 11 (y) of Article III of the City
Charter.
SECTION 2. That the original zoning map be kept among the
records of the City by the City Clerk and be prominently placed
on display in the City Hall for the use of the public..

1975.
