CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF
CHIEF JUDGE ALBERT R. MORSILLO AND APPOINT-
ING AN ACTING CHIEF JUDGE.
WHEREAS, said ALBERT R. MORSILLO did tender his resignation
as Chief Judge of the Municipal Court in and for the City of
Tamarac, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida is
desirous of accepting his resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the resignation of Albert R. Morsillo as
Chief Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Tamarac, Florida
is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That Judge James Eddy be appointed Acting Chief
Judge on a temporary basis.
