CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 7 6 "_3
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MAINTENANCE OF THE
FOUNTAINS IN THE WOODLANDS BOULEVARD WITHIN
THE CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS by Resolution No. 74--92 the City accepted the
Temp. #285.
Fountains in Woodlands Boulevard for maintenance upon satisfactory
final inspection by the City Engineer and the Chief Building
Official, and
WHEREAS, such final inspection has been satisfactorily
accomplished.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City is hereby accepting the maintenance
of said Fountains based upon a Warranty Deed and a Bill of Sale
conveying title and interest in and to real property and the
improvements thereon.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS day of
