CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. J
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RECEIPT OF CERTAIN
FUNDS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
FOR AQUATIC WEED CONTROL AND THE USE TO WHICH
THEY WILL BE PUT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 372.925 Florida Statutes
the City of Tamarac was eligible to receive funds from the
Department of Natural Resources, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 372.925 of the Florida
Statutes the City of Tamarac made application for matching
funds, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council of the
City of Tamarac to use these funds, together with existing
funds, for the Aquatic Weed Control program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
The City Council hereby directs that the
moneys received under authority of Section 372.925 Florida
Statutes pursuant to Warrant #1188018 in the amount of
$14,040, shall be used in the City of Tamarac in the City's
program for Aquatic Weed Control.
