CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. •-,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBSTITUTION
OF A SURETY BOND FOR A CASH BOND BY FMS
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC.; PROVIDING FOR
THE RELEASE OF THE CASH BOND.
WHEREAS, FMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC. did pre-
viously post a cash bond in the amount of $9,875.00
with the City of Tamarac, Florida for the purpose of
securing the construction of certain off --site improvements
contiguous to the construction site of said FMS MANAGE-
MENT SYSTEMS, INC., and
WHEREAS, FMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC. has sub-
stituted a surety bond in the amount of $9,875.00, and
WHEREAS, said surety bond has been approved by
the City Attorney of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the surety bond No. M 89 57 90
naming FMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC. as Principal and
INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA as Surety in the
principal amount of $9,875.00 is hereby accepted as a
substituted bond for that cash bond previously posted
by the Principal.
SECTION 2: That the Finance Department of the
City of Tamarac, Florida is hereby authorized to release
the cash bond previously posted in the amount of
$9,875-00. n /13
