CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids for
an Electric Generator and has received bids, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the bid for
such Electric Generator to the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

for an Electric Generator, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference, is hereby adopted.

Bidder hereby agrees that Base Bid Price shall remain in full force and.
effect for a period sixty (60) calendar days after the time of opening
of this bid and that t,7e Bidder will, not revoke or cancel this bid
within the sixty (60) days.
In the event the contract is awarded to this Bidder, he will enter
iAo a formal written Agreement with the City, in accordance with
>j_,,thp accepted bid within -ten (10) calendar days after said contract
is submitted to him and will furnish to the City a Contract Perfor-
mance and Payment Bond with good and sufficient sureties, satisfactory
to the City, in the amount of 1001,6 of the accepted bid, the form and
terms of which shall fully comply with Section 255,05, Florida
Statutes. The bidder further agrees that in the event of the Bidder's
default or breach of any of the agreements of this bid, the said
bid deposit shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
All work shall be guaranteed by the Bidder against defects resulting
from the use of materials, equipment or workmanship for one year
from the date of final completion of the contract.
If, within any guarantee period, repairs or changes ale=t i'Ccju1.r6d---in
connection with the guarantee work, which in the opinion of the
City is rendered necessary as the result of the use of materials,
equipment or workmanship, which are de.f'ective, or inferior, or not
in accordance i=,ith the terms of the Contract, the Bidder shall.,
promptly upon receipt of notice from the City and without expense
to the City, proceed to:
Place in satisfactory condition in every particular all of
such guaranteed work, correct all defects therein,
Bidder to state any addition work, changes or variations to the Ci_ty's
specifications,terms and conditions:
