CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
an additional Associate Municipal Judge, and
WHEREAS,

has
indicated a
willingness to
be available fo
service
in that capacity,
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
of the City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That n-61,1A,1 /C tgan attorney
qualified to practice law in the Courts/of the State of
Florida is hereby appointed an Associate Municipal Judge
of the Municipal Court of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That said Associate Municipal Judge shall
serve at the pleasure of the Council and shall receive as
compensation for services performed the sum of $75.00 per
Court Session presided over. i""`_
