CITY OF TAMAR AC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CASH BOND POSTED
BY BERMUDZA CLUB SALES CORP.
WHEREAS, a cash bond was posted by Bermuda Club Sales Corp. in
December 1974 for work remaining to be done at the Bermuda Club project, and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has recmynended release of the
bond since the work has been satisfactorily ompleted, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: The cash bond posted by Bermuda Club Sales Corp. in the
amount of $10,000 is hereby released upon receipt of a Cashier's Check in
amount of $7,157.13 payable to the City
