A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE
OF A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND
GIVEN BY JOSEPH COGEN AS TRUSTEE,
JOSEPH COGEN AND LEE COGEN, BERMUDA
CLUB OF TAMARAC AND BERMUDA CLUB
SALES CORP.—
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Ordinance No. 71-23 a Subdivision Improve -
went Bond was posted by Joseph Cogen as Trustee, Joseph Cogen and Lee Cogen,
Bermuda Club of Tamarac and Bermuda Club Sales Corp., covering the BERMUDA
CLUB OF TAMARAC, and
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond, in the original principal
amount $437,181.25 was executed by Joseph Cogen as Trustee, Joseph Cogen
and Lee Cogen, Bermuda Club of Tamarac and Bermuda Club Sales Corp. as
principals, and American Employers Insurance Company, a Massachusetts Corpor-
ation, as surety, and
WHEREAS, Joseph Cogen for Bermuda Club Sales Corp. has executed an
Affidavit and Certification as to the actual construction costs of said project
and has undertaken to submit a substitute Subdivision Improvement Bond in the
amount of $145,803.42 representing 25% of the actual cost as set forth in said
Affidavit and Certification, and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the project and recommended
release of the Bond and formal acceptance of the improvements by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION 1: Upon receipt of the substitute bond in the amount of $145,803.42,
the bond herein before referred to of $437,
