CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING AND PUBLICATION
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC'S F9DERAL REVENUE SHARING
STATEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Federal Revenue Sharing Act requires the
delineation of specific uses of Federal. Revenue Sharing funds, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that all
Federal Revenue Sharing funds received by the City of Tamarac be
used for designated Expenditures in specific areas, and
WHEREAS, Federal Revenue Sharing Regulations require
publication of the City's Federal Revenue Sharing statement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION l: That the Expenditures of Federal
Revenue Sharing monies as shown on the Federal Revenue Sharing
statement form attached hereto as Exhibit (A) and incorporated
herein by reference are hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is hereby directed to execute
and file the Revenue Sharing statement forthwith.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
the executed Revenue Sharing statement in the "Fort Lauderdale News"
as soon as is practically possible.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this DAY OF 1975.
