CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. "I - 1.2,.
RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSISTANT
CITY PROSECUTOR AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 75-114
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Tamarac
provides that the Assistant City Prosecutor's functions may be
the responsibility of the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM M. GEMMILL, Attorney at Law,
has been appointed to fill the office of City Attorney by
Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has requested the
appointment of an Attorney to serve as Assistant City
Prosecutor, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appoint-
ing such Attorney as Assistant City Prosecutor and establishing
his compensation therefore, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac
desires to repeal Resolution No. 75-114.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That RICHARD MICHELSON, an
attorney licensed to practice before the Courts of this State
and a resident of Broward County is hereby appointed to serve
as Assistant City Prosecutor.

SECTION 2. That the compensation of said
Attorney for his performance as Assistant City Prosecutor shall
be the sum of $75.00 (Seventy-five dollars) per Court Session
attended.
SECTION 3. That Resolution No. 75-114
is repealed by this Resolution and the former is no longer
in effect.
SECTION 4. This Resolution and the
appointment created hereby shall be effective as of the
