Gemmill, City Attorney Temp. #471 Introduced by: C/M Tucker 1 11 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO. 76-13 A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR LAW BOOKS WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids for law books, and WHEREAS, the City Council has received bids for same and is desirous of awarding the bid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the bids of Lawyers Cooperative Publishing Co. and West Publishing Co. for Law Books, in the amounts of $7,296.28 and $7,495.09, respectively, a copy of such bids, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, are hereby accepted.
