RESOLUTION N0. 6 ~ Z•Z,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A
CASH BOND GIVI]N BY UNITED FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, United Federal Savings and Loan Association was
required incident to the construction of a temporary facility,
and certain other improvements at its Tamarac Branch Office,
located at the northwest corner of University Drive and McNab Road,
to post a bond guaranteeing completion of such improvements, and
WHEREAS, United Federal Savings and Loan Association posted
with the City, a cash bond in the amount of $5,000, to guarantee
the completion of such facilities and improvements, and
WHEREAS, the conditions precedent to the release of said
bond, have been met by the principal, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the Chief Building Official,
have inspected the project and recommended the release of the
cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That upon the recommendations of the City
Engineer and the Chief Building Official, the Council finds that
United Federal. Savings and Loan Association, has met the conditions
precedent to said cash bond.
SECTION 2: That the (.,ash bond in the amount of $5,000, is
hereby released.
