CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. , 3D
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-157: INCREASING
THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS FROM ELEVEN TO THIRTEEN; APPOINT-
ING DIANA SAVASTANO AND MORRIS GLICKSMAN AS PERMANENT
MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD; AND
APPOINTING A NEW EX-OFFICIO MEMBER FROM THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 75-157 the City Council created a
Public Library Advisory Board and appointed eleven (11) members and two
(2) ex-officio members to serve on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of amending Resolution No.
75-157; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of increasing the number of
members from eleven (11) to thirteen (13) and appointing a new ex-officio
member from the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That DIANA SAVASTANO is hereby appointed as a member to
the Public Library Advisory Board.
SECTION 2: That MORRIS GLICKSMAN, appointed by Resolution 75-157
as an ex-officio member, is hereby appointed as a permanent member of the
Public Library Advisory Board effective as of the date of retirement from
City Council. �>
SECTION 3: That �` J (,": is hereby appointed as the
new ex-officio member of the Board from the City Council.
SECTION 4: That Resolution 75-157 is hereby amended.
SECTION 5: That the Public Library Advisory Board now consists of
Thirteen (13) members and two (2) ex-officio members to serve at the
pleasure of the City Council.
