CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BONDS POSTED BY
LEADERSHIP HOUSING SYSTEMS OF FLORIDA,A
WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF LEADERSHIP HOUSING
INC.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 23 of the City Code,
Subdivision Improvement Bonds were posted by Leadership
Housing Systems of Florida, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Leadership Housing, Inc., covering Subdivision Improve-
ments for Lime Bay Parcel B, and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Improvement Bonds
numbered 091259-098 and 091260-099, both being dated
March 26, 1974, and both having Argonaut Insurance Co.
as the Surety, are in the amounts of $161,875.00 and
$5,000.00, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has received notice
from Leadership Housing, Inc. that they do not intend to
develop Lime Bay Parcel "B", nor to construct the
improvements thereon, in accordance with the Development
Plan from which the Subdivision Improvements were
determined and the Bonds issued, and
WHEREAS, Leadership Housing, Inc. has requested
cancellation of said Development Plan and release of said
Bond, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, upon the recom-
mendation of the City Engineer, desiring to cooperate
with Leadership Housing, Inc. agrees to cancel said
Development Plan recommended to the City Council by

the Planning Commission for approval,together with the
release of the Surety Bonds, covering the Subdivision
Improvements based upon the representations contained
in a letter dated March 9, 1976, from Leadership Housing,
Inc. to the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Surety Bonds, numbered
091259-098 and 091260-099, in the amounts of $161,875.00
and $5,000.00, respectively, are hereby released and the
Development Plan, submitted by Leadership Housing Systems
of Florida, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leadership
Housing, Inc., to the City of Tamarac, Florida, be and
the same is hereby cancelled.
