CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 76 - 36
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL TO
APPOINT ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE_
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
City Council of the City of Tamarac that there is a necessity
of appointing alternate members to the said Commission due
to the resignations of Morton D. Weinberger and Roland
Paradisi; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac has
determined the manner in which said alternate members shall
be designated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That alternate members to the Planning
Commission shall be appointed by members of the City Council.
SECTION 2: That the said alternate members designated
shall serve for a period of two years, and in the absence
or inability of any regular member of the Planning Commission
to serve, said alternate shall thereupon serve in the place
of said regular member, with all the powers and duties as
are vested in said regular members.
SECTION 3: That David Auerbach and Irving Disraeli be
and they are hereby appointed as Alternate members of the
Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 4: The aforementioned appointees pursuant to
this Resolution shall serve at the pleasure of the City
Council, and they may be removed with or without cause.
