CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 76-38
A RESOLUTION RE -ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted in Resolution No. 71-78
an Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined the need
for a revised zoning map to be displayed in the City Hall's
Council Chamber, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has just received a zoning map
certified by the City Engineer and the City Planner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the zoning map presented by the City
Planning Commission, be and the same is hereby adopted as the
official zoning map of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That the Master Copy of the zoning map be dis-
played in the City Hall's Council. Chamber and a photo reduction
original be kept up-to-date, among the records of the City by the
City Clerk for reproduction, available to all interested parties.
SECTION 3: Nothing herein shall be construed to ratify any
zoning which has not been legally adopted or to confirm the pro-
priety of any existing zoning classification as applied to any
particular parcel of land, it being the purpose of this map merely
to reflect in graphic form the zoning ordinances heretofore enacted
by the City of Tamarac.
