CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. (Q�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT A DAY NURSERY IN A B--1 ZONING DISTRICT
TO WOODLANDS DAY SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a public
hearing, and
WHEREAS, Woodlands Day School has applied for a special
exception to permit a day nursery in a B-1 zoning district, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special, exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
a day nursery in a B-1 zoning district to Woodlands Day School is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval;
1. Installation of Panic Hardware on outside doors.
2. Installation of Proper Exit Signs
3. Reverse swing of interior doors.
