CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND GIVEN BY TRI-B. INC. OF SOUTH FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Code, a Subdivision
Improvement Bond in the amount of $8,865.00 was executed by TRI-B,
INC. OF SOUTH FLORIDA (Midas Muffler), as principal and Sentry
Insurance of Wisconsin, as surety, and posted with the City of
Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, TRI-B, INC. has executed an Affidavit and
Certification as to the actual costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the project
and has recommended release of said bond, and the formal acceptance
of such improvements by the City, and
WHEREAS, TRI-B, INC. OF SOUTH FLORIDA has submitted to the
City a Substitute Warranty Bond, in the amount of $1,951.87, covering
said project and representing 257o of the total actual costs, as set
forth in the Affidavit and Certification, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed and approved as to
form, the Substitute Warranty Bond in the amount of $1,951.87.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the Subdivision Improvement Bond for
TRI-B, INC. OF SOUTH FLORIDA in the amount of $8,865.00 is hereby
released.
