CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALAN RUF AS
ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC
WHEREAS, WILLIAM M. GEMMILL has been appointed
and is currently acting as the City Attorney for the City
of Tamarac, Florida, and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM M. GEMMILL has requested the
appointment of an Assistant City Attorney, pursuant to
Section 11.01 of the City Charter, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of
appointing an Assistant City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1. That ALAN RUF is hereby appointed Assistant
City Attorney for the City of Tamarac, Florida.
