RESOLUTION NO. 7 W q
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
TO BROWARD COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council has agreed unanimously to
dedicate a public right-of-way to Broward County for the con-
struction of extending Commercial Boulevard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor and the City Manager be and
the same are hereby authorized and directed to execute an ease-
ment for public right-of-way to Broward County, which easement
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

THIS INDENTURE, made this 21st day of April., 1976, between the City of
Tamarac, a political subdivision of the County of Broward, party of the
first part, and Broward County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, party of the second.
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is the owner of property situate
in Broward County, Florida, and described as follows:
See Attached EXHIBIT "A"
and,
WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires an easement for a public
road and/or other appropriate purposes incidental thereto, on, over and
across said property,
and,
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is willing to grant such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants each to
the other running and one dollar and other good and valuable considerations,
the party of the first part does hereby grant unto the party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, full and free right and authority to con-
struct, maintain, repair, install and rebuild facilities for above stated
purposes and does hereby grant a perpetual easement on, over and across
the above described property for said purposes.

1,1E11CIAL SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 42,
public Records of Broward County, Florida, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2;
THENCE on an assumed bearing of North 01000'36" East along- the
East line of said Lot 2 a distance of seven (7T) feet to a point
on a line seven (7') feet North of and parallel with the South
