WHEREAS, the City Council has agreed unanimously to dedicate a public right-of-way to Broward County for the con- struction of extending Commercial Boulevard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Mayor and the City Manager be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to execute an ease- ment for public right-of-way to Broward County, which easement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. W I T N E S S E T H WHEREAS, the party of the first part is the owner of property situate in Broward County, Florida, and described as follows: See Attached EXHIBIT "A" and, WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires an easement for a public road and/or other appropriate purposes incidental thereto, on, over and across said property, and, WHEREAS, the party of the first part is willing to grant such easement, NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants each to the other running and one dollar and other good and valuable considerations, the party of the first part does hereby grant unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, full and free right and authority to con- struct, maintain, repair, install and rebuild facilities for above stated purposes and does hereby grant a perpetual easement on, over and across the above described property for said purposes.
