CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION #
A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THAT ANY LEGAL
DESCRIPTION SUBMITTED TO THE CITY SHALL
BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SKETCII ADEQUATELY
DEPICTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SUB-
MITTED; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council now requests that
sketches adequately depicting legal descriptions be
submitted with the legal description when presented.

WHEREAS, any item requiring legal description
that does not have an adequate sketch, shall be removed
from any future agendas.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: All legal descriptions sub-
mitted to the City shall be accompanied by a sketch
adequately depicting the legal description submitted.
SECTION 2: All items that require legal.
descriptions which do not have an adequate sketch, shall
be removed from any future agendas.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become
